01 / About & expertise

Software should feel clear, even when the system behind it is not.

I work at the intersection of product engineering, frontend architecture and technical leadership. My focus is turning complex systems into products people can understand, trust and use with confidence.

Approach

Architecture

I start from the constraints that are expensive to change: data shape, boundaries and failure modes. Clarity there is what keeps the next two years cheap.

Delivery

Small reversible steps in production beat a large correct plan on a slide. Shipping early is how the design gets corrected by reality instead of opinion.

Team

The work is finished when the team can extend it without me in the room — through tooling, review and standards, not through documentation nobody reads.
